Read the room, not the fine print.

Using the service

Thelvora Mind is a private word game. You may create rooms, invite people you know, and play for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You need a modern browser and an internet connection. Anonymous sessions are provided as-is and may be lost if you clear site data.

Your content

You are responsible for the display name, words, and hints you submit. Do not submit unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content. Do not submit personal information about yourself or others that you would not want shown to everyone in the room.

You retain whatever rights you have in your content. By submitting it, you allow the service to store and display it to members of your room for the purpose of running the game.

Fair play

Do not attempt to access secret words, guesses, or other players' private data through unauthorized means. Do not disrupt rooms, spam join attempts, attack the service, reverse engineer access controls, or use the game to harass other people. Rooms may be ended or access may be revoked for abuse.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Rooms can expire, games can be interrupted, and data can be lost. There is no guarantee of uptime, data retention, or continued availability of any feature.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this deployment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost game nights arising from use of the service.

Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time by clearing your browser session. We may suspend or remove access, rooms, or content that violate these terms or create risk for other players.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
